1. General Provisions
 
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the TWENTYSEVEN website and the reservation and accommodation services offered through it. By accessing the website or making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
 
TWENTYSEVEN operates as a luxury boutique accommodation within a residential building, offering short-term accommodation services.
 
 
2. Reservations & Payment
 
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed are per room and per night unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes as required by law.
 
TWENTYSEVENreserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases of force majeure, technical errors, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, without incurring liability.
 
 
3. Check-In & Check-Out
 
Check-in and check-out are self-service and contactless. Guests receive digital instructions prior to arrival. Failure to follow check-in instructions does not entitle the guest to refunds or compensation.
 
Guests are responsible for vacating the accommodation by the stated check-out time. Late departure may result in additional charges.
 
 
4. Housekeeping & Services
 
All rooms are professionally cleaned and disinfected prior to each stay. Routine housekeeping during the stay is included unless explicitly requested by the guest.
 
TWENTYSEVEN provides essential amenities such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, and shower gel. Requests for additional items are subject to availability and do not form part of the accommodation contract.
 
 
5. Guest Responsibilities
 
Guests are fully responsible for their conduct and for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
 
TWENTYSEVEN shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, whether inside the room or in common areas.
 
 
6. Limitation of Liability
 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWENTYSEVENand its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury or accidents occurring on the premises

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Service interruptions or technical failures

• Acts of third-party service providers (including transportation or attraction bookings)

 
 
7. Applicable Law
 
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hungarian courts.
T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     
 
T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
